About Nicole Rosebrugh & Greg Garner

Sales Representatives

I have been in real estate for 10 years now and worked behind the scene for 6 years before I decided to get license. My father was in real estate for over 30 years in Wasaga Beach, so it was bread into me and I grew up loving it and being surrounded by it.  Because I grew up in the Wasaga Beach/Collingwood area and moved to Barrie when I was 20, I am well versed in many areas in Simcoe County.

I enjoy meeting new people, and helping them achieve their dreams, it is always an honour to be a part of such an exciting time in peoples lives! At the end of a home search or house sale, it is a bitter sweet time for me, because even though I pride myself in staying in touch my with clients, it is always fun searching for houses and finding the perfect one, I truly have awesome clients.!

I enjoy the beach, the sun, swimming, running at Barrie’s beautiful waterfront and whether it’s headed to a Jays game, siting around the pool or having a BBQ, or even a quick lunch date or tea to catch up quickly, most of all, I love spending time with family and friends.

Born and raised in Barrie to parents with deep roots to the Barrie area.  Both sides of my family can be traced back to the mid 1800’s in Simcoe County, so Barrie is definitely in my blood.

I have been a licensed Realtor now for 13 years, 10 of those with Re/Max Chay Realty.  Being a Realtor is really the only career that I have known, and looking back I knew that I made the right choice.  It always brings me joy to think of the people that I have helped make a dream become a reality for their family.

Growing up in Barrie being a hockey town and coming from a hockey family, and having my Grandfather be the original owner of Garner Sports, I decided that my love was for Basketball.  Playing basketball, I got the opportunity to meet many new people playing on High School, City, and Regional Teams, which eventually took me to Laurentian University to play for the Voyageurs

Barrie will always be home to me, as I see just like my family saw generations ago, that the great waterfront, great weather in summer and winter, and being close to anything that I might need, makes it a place I will always call home.
